Vancouver Mouldings and Floors did a great job in my condo. They were straight-forward and offered a great price from the first quotation - no need to compromise on the flooring quality or try to talk down the price. The finished product was better than I expected. A team of 3 guys showed up exactly on time and were finished by the strata-regulated 5pm deadline. They cut all the boards nice and close to anything they had to go around, and I was especially impressed by their moulding removal/install. I was expecting to have to repaint the mouldings, but there was absolutely no need! Additionally, I have an awkward pillar that requires a special flexible moulding - I was told by 2 other installers I'd have to purchase a new one, but these guys reused my original, without damage, and saved me money. I've already recommended Rocky and his team to several colleagues and friends because I can sincerely vouch for his pricing, product, and most importantly, responsibility and courtesy to his customer.
